Timely Provider Credentialing - Specialty Dental Providers (Quarterly Reporting)

The percent of clean and complete specialty provider (e.g., Oral Surgeon) applications for which the DO or subcontractor credentials the specialty provider and the provider is sent notice of enrollment within 45 days of receipt of the application.  Subcontractors and sister agencies designated for DO credentialing are included in the measure.
