Count and percent of dental grievances the Dental Organization (DO) received during the measurement period and resolved as follows:

  • Grievances: within 45 calendar days of the date the DO received the grievance or
  • Extended Grievances: within 59 calendar days from the date the DO received the grievance for grievances extended for up to 14 days.
