Results of Scheduled NEMT Legs for Adult Dental Services by Outcome

Percent of Non-Emergent Medical Transportation contracted transportation provider and wheelchair van requests scheduled for all adult dental service legs requested during the measurement period by outcome of the ride.  Outcomes include: A: Member canceled or rescheduled, B: Transportation provider canceled or rescheduled, C: Member no show, D: Transportation provider no show, E: Other reason trip wasn't made, F: Delivered, G: Unknown if trip occurred, H: Unable to Secure Transportation and I: Incorrect Mode of Transportation Dispatched. This measure excludes Family and Friends Mileage Reimbursement Program legs.
