Medicaid member telephone and/or email requests for assistance accessing Oral Surgeons per 1,000 average member months by New Hampshire county. 

DHHS utilizes this data to track possible network adequacy issues with providers and focuses on request types reflecting the need for the dental organization (DO) to help members select a provider due to new member enrollment, replacing a provider due to the current provider retiring, leaving the practice, or no longer appearing on the DO provider list, etc.  It excludes provider searches performed on the plan’s website and provider changes related to member preferences.
