Number of Visits with Personal Doctor (CAHPS® - Child)

Percent breakout of caregivers reporting the number of times their child had an in-person, phone, or video visit with his or her personal doctor for care in the last six months. Breakouts for number of visits are as follows: None, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to 9, and 10 or more times.

 

CAHPS® 5.1H Child Questionnaire (With CCC Measure) Health Plan Survey Questions:

Screening Question (Q25): A personal doctor is the one your child would talk to if he or she needs a check-up, has a health problem or gets sick or hurt. Does your child have a personal doctor?

Q26 (Answered if Response to Q25 is Yes): In the last 6 months, how many times did your child have an in-person, phone, or video visit with his or her personal doctor?
