Percent of member Emergency Department discharges with an SUD principal diagnosis during the measurement period, where the MCO either successfully contacted the member within 3 business days of discharge, or attempted to contact the member at least 3 times within 3 business days of discharge, by age, 0 to 17 years and 18 years or older.
