Behavioral Health Risk Assessment for Pregnant Women (CMS Child Core Set)

Percentage of women, regardless of age, who gave birth during a 12-month period seen at least once for prenatal care who received a behavioral health screening risk assessment that includes the following screenings at the first prenatal visit: 1. depression screening, 2. alcohol use screening, 3. tobacco use screening, 4. drug use screening (illicit and prescription, over the counter), and 5. intimate partner violence screening.
