Timely Provider Credentialing - Specialty Providers

Count and percent of clean and complete Specialty Provider applications submitted during the measurement period for which the MCO or subcontractor credentials the specialty provider and the MCO decision date is within 45 days of receipt of the application.  Specialty providers include durable medical equipment (DME) and optometry providers.
