Timely Processing of Facility-to-Facility Transportation Claims: Thirty Days of Receipt

Count and percent of clean Facility-to-Facility Transportation claims (electronic and non-electronic) processed within 30 calendar days of receipt, or receipt of additional information for those claims received during the measurement period.

Facility-to-Facility transportation claims are for those transfers outlined in the most current NH Medicaid Ambulance Reference Guide as:
- Ambulance transfer services from an acute care hospital ED to another inpatient facility such as an in-patient psychiatric treatment facility or
- A transfer between two acute care hospitals wherein the beneficiary is discharged from the originating hospital.
