Successful Completion of MCO Health Risk Assessment

Percent of members for whom the MCO shows completion of a health risk assessment in the twelve months prior to the last day of the measurement year, as of the last day of the measurement year.  This measure excludes members newly enrolled in a MCO in the last three months of the measurement year.
