Results of Scheduled NEMT Legs by Outcome

Percent of Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) legs scheduled with a contracted transportation provider during the measurement period by outcome of the leg. This measure includes legs for methadone treatment.
The measure includes nine submeasures: A: Member Canceled or Rescheduled, B: Transportation Provider Canceled or Rescheduled, C: Member No Show, D: Transportation Provider No Show, E: Other Reason Leg Wasn't Made, F: Delivered, G: Unknown if Leg Occurred, H. Unable to Secure Transportation and I. Incorrect Mode of Transportation Dispatched. This measure excludes Family and Friends Mileage Reimbursement Program legs.
