Percent of new members who had one or more visits with their designated PCP or PCP Provider Team within 90 days of PCP selection/assignment, by age group.  This measure includes Non-Symptomatic Office Visits, Non-Urgent, Symptomatic Office Visits, Urgent, Symptomatic Office Visits, and Wellness Visits.  Age groups include A. Less than 1 Year of Age, B. 1-4 Years of Age, C. 5-11 Years of Age, D. 12-17 Years of Age, E. 18-39 Years of Age, F. 40-64 Years of Age, and G. 65 Years of Age and Over.
