NEMT Legs Delivered by Covered Medical Service Provider Type

Count and percent of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) delivery legs completed during the measurement period, by primary covered medical service provider type for the leg.
The measure includes nine submeasures: A. Hospital, B. Medical Provider, C. Behavioral Health Provider, D. Dentist, E. Pharmacy, F. Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs), G. Other, H. Dialysis and I. Medical or DME Supplier.
This measure excludes return legs (e.g. legs back to the original pick-up location, typically the member’s home).
