Count and percent of the Youth Community Reentry Members required priority population enrolled in MCO-delivered care management on the last day of the measurement period. 

The minimum care management enrollment time frame for these members is beginning immediately upon MCO enrollment for 30 days prior to the scheduled release date, then an additional twelve (12) calendar months after the month of incarceration release.
