Count and percent of members included in the Members with Behavioral Health Hospitalizations required priority population enrolled in MCO-delivered care management on the last day of the measurement period. Age Groups include 0-17 Years and 18 Years and Over.

 

The minimum care management enrollment time frame for these members is beginning immediately upon MCO Notice of Discharge, then an additional twelve (12) calendar months after the month of discharge.
