Members Receiving MCO-Delivered Care Management in Required Priority Populations: DCYF - Involved Members

Count and percent of members included in the DCYF-Involved Members Required Priority Population enrolled in MCO-delivered care management on the last day of the measurement period.


DCYF-Involved Members are infants, children and youth who are involved in the State’s protective services and juvenile justice system, Division for Children Youth and Families (DCYF), including those in foster care. The minimum care management enrollment time frame for these members is beginning immediately upon DCYF agency engagement, then an additional twelve (12) calendar months after the month of discharge from DCYF Involvement.
