Getting Needed Care: Telehealth Visits as Helpful as In-Person Visit (CAHPS® - Child)

Percent of caregivers reporting their child participated in one or more telehealth appointments in the last 6 months, and whether or not they found their child's personal doctor's use of telehealth to be as helpful as an in-person visit.  Possible responses include: Yes, Definitely; Yes, Somewhat; or No.

Screening Question (CAHPS_GP_SUP.990145): A telehealth visit is a visit with your child’s personal doctor conducted via telephone or an internet-connected computer or device rather than in-person. Did you have one or more telehealth appointments for your child in last 6 months?

CAHPS_GP_SUP.990146 (Answered if Response to CAHPS_GP_SUP.990145 is Yes): Compared to an in-person visit, was your child’s personal doctor’s use of telehealth as helpful as an in-person visit?
