BHDRUG.02 Severe Mental Illness Drug Prior Authorization Redacted Report

Redacted standard template to monitor MCO pharmacy service authorizations (SA) for drugs to treat severe mental illness that are prescribed to members receiving services from Community Mental Health Programs. The redacted report includes aggregate data detail related to SA processing timeframes, untimely processing rates, peer-to-peer activities, SA approval and denial rates. The report also includes a redacted log of member specific information related to SA denials.
