Adult Preventive Wellness Visits

Count and percent of members 22 years of age and over who had at least one comprehensive preventive wellness visit with a practitioner during the measurement period, by age group.  Age groups include 22-44 Years of Age, 45-64 Years of Age, and 65 Years of Age and Over.  This measure excludes Medicare/Medicaid dual enrollees and members with non-Medicare primary insurance coverage (e.g., commercial).
