NEMT Legs Delivered by Covered Medical Service

Count and percent of Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) delivery legs completed during the measurement period, by primary covered medical service for the leg.
The measure includes eight submeasures: A: Hospital, B: Medical Provider, C: Behavioral Health Provider, D: Dentist, E: Pharmacy, F: Methadone Treatment, G. Other, and H. Dialysis.
This measure excludes return legs (e.g. legs back to the original pick-up location, typically the member’s home).
