Count and percent of all dental appeals received by the Dental Organization (DO) during the measurement period where the Medicaid member abandoned the appeal, the DO action was upheld, the DO action was reversed, or the DO action was partially upheld. This includes standard, extended standard, and expedited dental appeals.
