Getting Needed Care: Care Coordination for More than One Kind of Health Care Provider or Service (CAHPS® - Child)

Percent of caregivers reporting their child got care from more than one kind of health care provider or used more than one kind of health care service, and the child's health plan, doctor's office, or clinic helped coordinate their child's care among these different providers or services.

Q24 (Answered if Response to Q23 is Yes): In the last 6 months, did anyone from your child's health plan, doctor's office, or clinic help coordinate your child's care among these different providers or services?
